Folio hotel charges display

We are currently on a b2b which we booked separately months apart.  Our first leg had a gratuities promo.  So, the first week, no folio charges for hotel.  Now, mid 2nd week, still no folio charges for hotel.  

Do they just do it at the end of the week now as one charge for the week instead of daily?

We also did b2b with Princess prepaid grats promo 1st cruuse only.

 

When grats did not show on our folio a couple days into the 2nd cruise, we pointed out the error ar passenger svcs.  

 

Princess did NOT correct their oversight.
