Ocho Rios Margaritaville?

This will be a new port for us, we are looking for something inexpensive close to the port just to let the kids play and go in the water..

 

Is it safe?  Should we walk or take a cab?

 

Do you pay for the beach chairs or are they included?

 

It looks small compared to Grand Turk Margaritaville (which we have been to), does it get jam packed?
