Sip. Tour. Brunch

Does anyone know if the new "Sip. Tour. Brunch" activity (looks like it replaced the unlimited galley brunch) can be booked using the Unlimited Dining Package?  Has anyone done this and is it worth it?

Saw the new "Sip Tour Brunch" on my cruise planner for our upcoming Alaska cruise on the Ovation priced at $49.99pp and was curious about it as well.  We've done the unlimited galley brunch on a previous cruise and I believe we paid around $30 pp pre-cruise, so the price increase would suggest they've added more to the tour and/or menu so if anyone has any info on the new program I'd appreciate hearing details about it as well.

I was recently on Ovation and heard from my dinner table mates that the galley brunch tour was a few courses and nothing special.

 

When I did it on Voyager a couple of years ago it was amazing. A buffet with different cheeses, salads, prawns, fancy desserts served in champagne flutes, pastries etc - it was bananas! Heaps of delicious foods. We also ordered a main from a menu of about 5 different mains. I told my table mates all about this and when they did the tour (on Ovation) they were disappointed with their meal.

 

I know food can be subjective though. Some people have a more refined palate and others can be happy with a lower standard. Different people have different tastes.
