Scooters on the blue line?

I can give you a definite maybe. I don't think it will be a problem because the blue line is just a wide stripe of paint in the center of an asphalt road. The only thing I don't know is the current condition of the sidewalks and whether all intersections have curb ramps. But they are definitely planned.

Old Mazatlan is a wonderful place. Don't miss the beautiful Cathedral (note the Star of David in each stained glass window). Only Cathedral in the world with these. The central market is also a real eye opening experience. The Nidart Gallery is also fascinating but not sure you could get your scooter in that small building.

Thank you so much for your reply.  We have been to all the wonderful places you've mentioned. Only we were more mobile then lol.  We also took an open air taxi thingy there so I don't remember if a mobility scooter could travel it.

Pictures on the internet of the blue line show people just walking down the street (not the sidewalk). Not going to get a mobility scooter on a pulmonia I don't think. We really don't care for them anyway - to many gas fumes to deal with. Taxi's are more comfortable for just a little more cash. Glad you've been before, really like Mazatlan. We love Cabo - we have a timeshare there and have gone every year since 2002. But Cabo is a tourist mecca (as is Puerto Vallarta). Mazatlan is a more traditional Mexican city with a growing Mexican tourist base as opposed to all American/Canadian. The highway connects to Durango now up in the mountains and that brings a lot of Mexican middle/upper class tourists to Mazatlan.
