Trying to make plans for an upcoming Joy cruise and needing some assistance please.

What deck do we embark or tender from on the ports?

And a suggested meeting place to gather before excursions?

Tendering is from Deck 4. 
 

If the ship is at a dock, the disembarkation deck can vary based on port configuration and the tide. 
 

if you are on an NCL shore excursion, they will tell you where the meeting point is (either in the theater or on the dock). If you try to meet anywhere else, it will be a disaster. People won’t understand where they need to be and you will miss your excursions.
