Getaway - Question re: Luggage Assist Program

We are on the January 26 sailing on Getaway out of New Orleans.  Do any recent passengers on this cruise happen to remember if the luggage assist program is offered?  I don't know if that's the exact name of the program, but it's where you pay a fee (in addition to the regular baggage fees charged by your airline) to have your luggage picked up outside your room on the last night and delivered to the airport/airline, eliminating one having to find their luggage in the big warehouse and hauling it through Customs and to whatever airport transfer vehicle you have arranged.  We do not fly out of NOLA until after 7PM and were hoping for a luggage free day in the French Quarter.  Thanks for any help or information you can offer.

The only Port that I am aware of that has a Valet service like you describe is the Port of Seattle, Washington.

There is something called Advance Check In for New Orleans that I've seen mentioned.  There is a station at the port where you can check in your bag and they'll deliver it to the airport for you.  So you would still need to obtain the luggage from the "warehouse" but could enjoy the luggage free day.  I believe it was $25 per bag or $40 or two, but not sure that is current info.
