DDD Mess on Harmony - not impressed.

Thanks for sharing your experience OP. Glad that it eventually was sorted out, but it’s annoying that you had to waste your time chasing it down and you missed out on your soda cups for Day 1. 
 

We also are grandfathered with the boardwalk perks on an upcoming Harmony cruise and your experience has reminded me to dig up my emails and screenshot of my confirmation.
