All the drinking classes are full online. So I’ll sign up as soon as we board. But where do I go to do this? I’m interested in mixology, wine, champagne, and scotch/whiskey (can’t remember if they do those).  TIA!

Go to guest services as soon as you board. Depending on your cruise, they have mixology, champagne, beer, scotch/whiskey, chocolate & liquor, wine, marguerita,, bourbon, tasting classes (I may have left out one or two I can't think of at the moment)..

We were faced with that problem as well.   My Dad went to guest services on arrival and got us into the 2pm (On sail away day) Champagne tasting that we hadn't even considered.     But the rest of the tastings were full, full, full.    We were sailing Wonder out of San Juan to the Southern Caribbean.   I have never seen SO many gold and Platnum lanyards on a ship.   No wonder everything was sold out!   (we are only silver and we sign on at midnight etc)
