Meeting the minimum number of participants for MSC excursions

I have a 14 day Caribbean cruise on the Seaside coming up in April and I'm mostly looking to book beach type excursions. Everything on MSCs website lists a minimum number of participants, usually around 15-20 but even some with 35. How likely is it that these minimums won't get met and the excursion would be cancelled?

Wow, good question. I'm new to MSC and  I've never considered that a beach excursion would get canceled. Now I'm curious as well. With other cruise lines, it looks like tons of people use the cruise excursions. Is this also true with MSC?

(Full disclosure, I am one of those folks who usually uses private or small group tours I research and book in advance. But, I often see people using the cruise line's tours).
