Allstate Drivewise Carnival Gift Cards

Does anyone know why Allstate Drivewise only has RC gift cards available to purchase?  There are no Carnival ones to purchase.

They are currently sold out.  More will (very likely) be available in the next couple of weeks.  I suggest keeping up with the big Allstate thread that’s always on the first or 2nd page.  When they are available, someone will post it there.
