Just got back from a 16 day cruise on the MS Rotterdam. Saw two ambulances "visit" our ship in two different ports. Saw a gentleman get up out of a chair at a concert and spin around and drop to the ground...(I think he was OK). Heard over the PA that a medical response team was needed at such and such room immediately.   Glad I had Medical Insurance through Steve. You never know.....not going out of country without it.
