mcbor Posted February 5, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2006 I watched the Miracle leave Tampa today from the Tampa webcam http://www.wfts.com/cams/remotecam.shtml. It left around 4:35. I then saw it go under the Skyway Bridge at 6:12 from the Skyway Bridge cam at http://www.511tampabay.com/. Brings back such memories. Can't wait to do it again - hopefully sometime later this year. momofzeke Posted February 5, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2006 I looked at the webcam earlier today, but forgot to watch at sailaway! I forgot that it's Eastern time, and I'm on Pacific time! Oh, well, maybe next Sunday I'll remember. :)

popcorngal Posted February 7, 2006 #7 Share Posted February 7, 2006 When watching the tampa cam, what camera detination do you pick? Just click on "Channelside" and it will bring it right up. It's a great view!
mcbor Posted February 7, 2006 Author #8 Share Posted February 7, 2006 Like popcorngal said - select Channelside. You have to scroll to the left a little and zoom in to see the ship. Once it sails you can scroll to the right to follow it.
popcorngal Posted February 7, 2006 #9 Share Posted February 7, 2006 That is unless some goober decides to grab control of the camera away from you and watch traffic (which usually happens to me!):( Who watches traffic on Sunday afternoons anyhow??
