NCL Encore Summer 2020 to Bermuda

We are booked in 14158 NCL Encore to Bermuda. 

I’ve been searching any info on the area right above our cabin, which, according to the deck plans is nothing, a white space directly above our stateroom.  I know we are right below the Observation Deck. Port side. 

All I can find is a year old thread here on CC from 2019 here 

Any info from recent sailings is greatly appreciated.

P.S. Are Bliss and Encore deck plans the same? Thanks again.
