cabins on POA

I plan on a June cruise on POA. I am used to RCI using a Jr. Suite where my boys could sleep on the sofa. Is there a sofa bed in the Oceanview cabins?

If you look at "view deckplans" on the website, they mark with a symbol which cabins have capacity for 3 and 4.

We were on the Aloha in 2004 and we had two balcony cabins. One of the cabins had three adults in it and the sofa bed was large enough for one, but I don't know if tow could sleep there. What are their ages?

I was told there was a pull down bed in the cabin (pullman style). Is this true?
