Beach/Pool resort options with food & drink ala carte??

We will be porting in Falmouth in late May on the RCCI LoS. We have never been to this port before, but I have been trying to do lots of research to find out what is available. I am looking for a resort (or even just a beach club) that offers a pool and preferably a nice beach that won't break the bank (less than $50pp ideally). I would prefer that it NOT be an all-inclusive since we eat and drink lots on the ship.

As far as comparables go, we love Paradise Beach in Cozumel, which offers an "ala carte" option of $13 pp ($3pp entry fee includes use of the pool and beach, plus a minimum of $10pp spent in food/drink). Obviously that price doesn't include transportation, but that was $60 round trip for 5 of us.

It seems as though Jamaica doesn't have anything on this level, with the exceptions of a public beach (which has no pool and most likely is crawling with vendors).

If you have any ideas, I'd be happy to listen. Thanks for any info!
