podgeandrodge Posted February 21, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2020 Does NCL honour Latitude Status on themed chartered cruises? e.g. music cruises etc? thanks.
Rare shof515 Posted February 21, 2020 #2 Share Posted February 21, 2020 from https://www.ncl.com/latitudes-rewards-program/faq Which cruises do not qualify for Rewards points? Chartered cruises (with the exception of Sixthman charters) and cruises taken at a reduced fare i.e. travel agent rates, IATA rates, Interline rates, employee rates, vendor rates. Complimentary cruises such as inaugural events and cruises taken via a cruise certificate e.g. cruise winners and Bingo winners also do not qualify for Rewards points.
podgeandrodge Posted February 21, 2020 Author #3 Share Posted February 21, 2020 Thanks shof. Didn't even think to consider that their FAQ would deal with what I thought was an unusual question. Normally I would check the FAQ, but thanks!
samiam0403 Posted February 21, 2020 #4 Share Posted February 21, 2020 Definitely no points on charters from NCL. I've done 2 music charters on NCL and got zero points for them (just double checked). Oddly, RCCL says the same thing about no points for charters, but since the music cruise moved to Royal a few years ago, they've been giving me points.
