Booking a Day Pass at Secrets Wild Orchid Resort in Montego Bay

We'd like to spend our day in port at Secrets Wild Orchid Resort in Montego Bay, but have not found any info about booking except on Shore Excursioneer (https://www.shoreexcursioneer.com/), but I have read less than encouraging reviews of Shore Excursioneer.  Has anyone booked a day pass at directly at the resort?  I have not been able to find a phone number for them.   Or has anyone shown up day off and purchased a day pass on site?  I understand that this is possible at some of the area resorts.

I had booked it through shoreexcursioner.com who I've used a lot ... but was randomly told a few weeks later they were no longer issuing day passes and refunded my deposit.  I went back to book it through Carnival and the excursion was gone.  I emailed Secrets today to see if they say anything, as we're really disappointed not to be able to visit there again during our November cruise.
