Caribbean Princess Feb 16 - Mar 1st

I am presently on board. I know this is an exception because of the Norovirus but Princess has really been lacking in the service that it is known for. A lot of petty things that don’t make or break a holiday on a lovely ship. Service isn’t what it has always been. Today though, I was very frustrated. For the 3rd day the spa pool under the sanctuary had no water in it. Thought I would go to the rear pool and that one had no water in it as well. I look for a more quieter pool with not so much action going on. Yesterday I had to use the shower at the spa pool to cool off rather than walk to the mid ship pools.

Since you are onboard did you speak to management about your concerns?
