CANCEL ONLINE VS CALLING PRINCESS?

The recording when calling the 800 number states you may cancel your cruise “using online tools” as opposed to being on hold forever. Anyone familiar with this? Our cruise doesn’t depart for 30 days but still anxious to be done with the arrangements. Thanks!

I just checked our booking for the next cruise we're on (May 2020). There are no changes that I could see and nowhere is there a place to cancel the cruise.

Right hand/left hand...maybe they need to communicate.

For our Costco cancellation, we emailed cruisecancel@costcotravel.com.   
A link directed me to a page where it was easy to cancel.   I got tired of sitting by the phone for 1 1/2 hrs. yesterday and more than an hour today.
