“Sugar Free” Ice Cream & Desserts Ingredient?

Does anyone know what type of sweetener is used on RCCL in their sugar free dessert ...specifically the ice cream they serve in the MDR.  Has anyone tried it, is it any good and is one flavor better than the others?
