FCC and Travel Agent

My wife and I are booked and completely paid for a Panorama cruise leaving April 18th. Because we're going with some people who are firmly in the at-risk group, we've decided to reschedule for later this year.

We used a travel agent for the initial booking. Do we need to go through the agent to cancel and reschedule with the FCC? Or can we do it directly through Carnival?

If I am not mistaken, if you booked with a TA they would have to deal with Carnival on your behalf since normally cruise lines do not deal directly with a passenger who used a TA.

You are correct Mara. That's been my experience.
