snough9 Posted March 10, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 10, 2020 My wife and I are booked and completely paid for a Panorama cruise leaving April 18th. Because we're going with some people who are firmly in the at-risk group, we've decided to reschedule for later this year. We used a travel agent for the initial booking. Do we need to go through the agent to cancel and reschedule with the FCC? Or can we do it directly through Carnival?
Maraprince Posted March 10, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 10, 2020 If I am not mistaken, if you booked with a TA they would have to deal with Carnival on your behalf since normally cruise lines do not deal directly with a passenger who used a TA.
