Must the cruise be BOOKED in March or April?

The new extension of the Book With Confidence program says "guests who booked departures April 1, 2020, through July 31, 2020, under the Book with Confidence program will now be covered under the Short Term Cancel Policy instead."

 

The Book With Confidence program web page says that one of the criteria is that the "Cruise is booked in March or April".

 

Does that mean that if we booked a June 2020 cruise in February we are ineligible?

My best guess would be if it states March or April it doesn't mean February.

I asked this on Hal’s Facebook re my June cruise booked in January...they said today’s change would cover us. But very confusing wording...let’s hope the rep was right...

No, it means that if you bought eith the book with confidence program that program is replaced with the new temporary cancel program for cancellations, that everyone else receives.

It took me a couple of reads to understand what they were saying.

 

 

A
