Russiamomm Posted March 13, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 13, 2020 I cancelled on Tuesday. My CN certs were recredited to the account, but I don't see a FCC. Also haven't seen a credit on the card for the things I cancelled before canceling the cruise. I know they said it would be 7-10 days, but I'm curious if anyone has been credited yet. dexddd Posted March 13, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 13, 2020 Unless things have changed, in the past the FCC didn't show up on your account. You or your TA had to call them. With all those going on, it would be in their best interest to have it show up on your account if it doesn't show up now.
