Royal-Up Refund or FCC

So cruise was scheduled  march 13th, won royal up and credit card was charged, cruise was ended early, we are to receive 125% future cruise certificate. (not received yet) 

 

Will my credit card be refunded for the royal up charge, or will that all be in the FCC?

The email that I got states any Royal Upgrades  will automatically be refunded

That's what I understood too, but it has been almost 3 weeks, how long do you think it takes?

Everything I read says a month or so for any kind of refund. But thats just antidotal.😝

I was also told yesterday that because of the volume of refunds they need to do it could take up to a month. But in reading some of the other posts it seems like some people are not getting credited back the correct amounts so make sure you are checking to see that you get the correct amount back as well.
