My cruise was cancelled on the Radiance in July and it was booked with Casino Players Club.  Can I transfer my casino deal with the Fcc?

I had to switch casino deals (previous one expired) when I rescheduled but actually ended up with a slightly better one.

Not so easy.  I have now had three Elite cruises cancelled, which included $2500 free play, free suites, etc. First one (Mardi Gras) they were nice and offered more FP and I booked the Legend.  Fast forward, my Horizon eight night was cancelled and nothing from the Players Club. After several emails, they offered me an Elite cruise with no FP.  Then yesterday, my Legend cruise was cancelled.  Massive Free Play gone. Again, nothing from the Players Club. So I have decided I will not book anything until I get a comparable offer.  If none come, then back to Royal for me.

Glad I found this thread. I am no where near Elite,  Sorry about losing all that.   I had a $100 pp inside with $200 OBC on the Radiance for 8/31.  Cancelled.   It was a great deal to Bermuda and I didn't  have to take a plane to get NY.   I have yet to get a cancellation notice ( most people did) and I got an email today reminding me that final payment is June 2.  What the heck?   I think I will take the FCC and $600 OBC. I am also going to to wait and see if I get my offer back,  I already booked a Premier and the the other is Getaway or Hot Streak Bonus.   I didn't know if I should call the Players Club or just fill out the form and wait to see what happens.  Looking at Lazydayz post, I may be SOL.   So bummed.
