I cancelled my Europe cruise on the Anthem sailing at the end of May 2020. I also cancelled my beverage package and my shore excursion. I received a full refund to my credit card today for the bev. package and excursion. It has only been 4 business days. I think that is fabulous, considering the agent I spoke with told me it would take 30 days. Thanks Royal
