Switching Bank of American reward cards

I'll call tomorrow, but was wondering if one could switch reward cards with Bank of America and transfer the points I've already earned with the RCL one.   It will be a few years before I take another cruise I think and I hate to lose my points.  Yes, I know there are better reward cards than BOA.
