They rolled out some new procedures post covid19.  Over 70 need Dr's note, no self service buffet, temperature checks etc...…..

If anyone knows how to find this new form it would be nice to see where we are heading in the

future.  I imagine this will be a big deal and I would like to see the questions on this form.
