I have just spoken to the nastiest young lady on this planet. Uniworld customer service is terrible. They want us to use our trip insurance to cancel the trip and to take a "hit" money wise. Currently have $20,000 invested in a cruise through France this June in a country currently closed to tourism and they are essentially saying "tough!" We have your money...so go away.
