Addicted2Ships Posted May 29, 2020 #1 Share Posted May 29, 2020 I can't seem to find the answer to this anywhere, including when calling NCL... I booked my July cruise using FCC only. As NCL canceled, do I get 125% FCC back or just the 100% I used? Thanks in advance 😊
enchantingodin Posted June 1, 2020 #2 Share Posted June 1, 2020 I don't have the answer for you, but I booked for a 2022 this weekend and noticed the rep only credited my original cruise payment. I'm planning on calling back sometime this week to see if there is an issue I'm unaware of or if it was just an error. I'll let you know what they say. I had a July cruise cancelled that was partly paid by FCC and partly by cash (cc). I got the FCC re-issued with original expirationdate, got a new FCC for the cash-payment and got a 25%-bonus-FCC for the new (cash)-payment.
