Hgwells01 Posted October 13, 2020 #26 Share Posted October 13, 2020 No Agent, directly with Celebrity, I’ve got 125% cruise credit for this March cancelled cruise already, had paid 100% on it and took 125% cruise credit, was happy to put it toward Mar 21 cruise, now it’s cancelled too, if I’d known we wouldn’t be cruising until 2022 I’d have asked for a refund! Just roll it over to another cruise next season that suits you. We did it with a couple of Royal Caribbean’s from this Christmas. Not a question asked. Its the same company as Celebrity The only thing is you have to wait a month or so for them to process the credit. But email or call Celebrity once they process it get the cash or a credit and transfer it to next season.
