harbourside Posted October 14, 2020 #1 Share Posted October 14, 2020 (edited) On formal nights, does the menu change in Indochine and Atlantide, or is it just the dress code??? Edited October 14, 2020 by harbourside

MBP&O2/O Posted October 19, 2020 #3 Share Posted October 19, 2020 Agree. Although if you fancy anything special then just ask .... give them 24/48 hrs notice and they will do their best to oblige. We asked - nicely - for a Chateaubriand on our last trip .... it was excellent.
harbourside Posted October 19, 2020 Author #4 Share Posted October 19, 2020 Thanks. I though there would be a special menu that would be served in both restaurants. So, if I feel like Asian, I will not be missing anything.
Aussieflyer Posted October 21, 2020 #5 Share Posted October 21, 2020 The only time we had a different menu was for specialty nights - Christmas Eve, Christmas night, NYE - not sure if there are others. It was the same menu over the whole ship and you had to make a booking for the restaurants (all of them) a day or so before. The communications around this wasn't very clear with one set of info saying only large groups needed to make a pre=booking but then in another set (correct as it turns out) - it was everyone had to book. chrism23 Posted November 17, 2020 #6 Share Posted November 17, 2020 My experience (10) is that the menu doesn't change, just the dress code. What we always do is to go to La Dame for one of the formal nights. Granted there is a surcharge but the atmosphere is a little more luxe. Its just a thing. Last couple times out the food at La Dame wasn't that much better, than the Restaurant, the wine a little better and the service more attentive and personalized. Its a little better fit if you are wearing a tux.
