Refund on cancelled cruises! Thanks Celebrity

My Constellation cruises, two b2b June and September were cancelled on the 12th January along with all the other Connie Europe trips in 2021! I’m happy to say I have received full refunds in my bank on the 21st of this month, In the present climate I think this is great😀Though I hope this is the end of my cancellations just thought I would share this with you all.Dianne

I had very similar experiences with the last 2 sets of cancelled cruises.   We all complained when it took very long, so in fair play, Kudos to X for the quick refunds.

Absolutely! I wasn’t expecting all that cash back so quick, bank balance has never been as good😂With all the ones we were refunded last year we bought a new car and gave the kids extra cash at Christmas

We just had our October Tokyo to Singapore cruise rescheduled to start and end in Tokyo. This messes up our flights so I think we will cancel. Very little compensation (200 dollars OBC) if switch and rates on other similar celebrity cruises are much higher than we had paid. I can see why they want to start and finish in same place in these times but Interested in any others in the community who might be similarly affected and what they plan to do
