Can you be a bit more specific on which month.  There are dozens of cruises that stop in Le Havre...or at least are scheduled to stop in Le Havre since there is no telling how COVID will impact future schedules.   If Paris is your goal I would suggest you consider a cruise that makes its last stop in Le Havre (most then go on to end at a port in England) and ask the cruise line if you can disembark a day early in Le Havre.  You can then travel to Paris (there are hourly trains) and spend a few days.  Seeing Paris on a port day is not a great way to see that fabulous city.  Consider that it takes up to 3 hours (one way) for a bus to get from Le Havre into Paris (depending on traffic).  So you end up spending 5-6 hours just driving back and forth which is not my idea of fun...and you do not get enough time to really enjoy Paris.  We have spent weeks in Paris and have just begun to skim the surface.
