thanks but what happened RCCL cancelled the cruise which was due to sail the end of March but my TA did not pay them in full just £300 deposit so I was trying to find out if I would get 125% of the £300.

That is up to you and  your TA.  Royal’s  policy only applies if they have received the funds.
