Just wondering, as anyone ever took the 125% future cruise credit from a cruise booked via an agent in the US and applied it to a new booking with a uk agent? Don’t know if this is ok or not!

The FCC is issued to you, not to a specific agency.  However, it normally needs to be redeemed in the same currency it was issued.  You can ask for an exception.  But that would be up to the cruise line.  And honestly with all of the issues with the new real time redemption of FCCs, not worth the trouble imho.
