Trip Insurance for NonUS-Residents

Having a hard time finding trip insurance for a world cruise and additional days before and after cruise for persons who are not residents of the US. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Our local Insurance Agent does not offer insurance for more then 2 month. thanks in advance.
