Carnival Cruise Line Receives CDC Approval for Restart

it's still there, you have to go to page 2. what i couldn't figure out is if it was certification for test cruises or certification for revenue cruises like Celebrity got. According to John Heald we should get info by May 31st for the July Sailings, so expect that info on the 31st at about 9pm with the way carnival has recently been releasing info.

Carnival is doing test cruises. The only thing left to announce is it it mardi gras from PC according to this.
