4x4 Jeep - Waterfall and Beach Adventure shore excursion

I'm interested in booking this shore excursion, but I'm concerned about the off-road terrain. My wife and 20 year-old daughter prefer a smooth ride. How windy and bumpy are the roads that the Jeep takes? Any suggestions on how to alleviate their discomfort?
