Docking in St. Thomas

I understand Navigator uses Crown Bay in St. Thomas. In looking at the map,that seems pretty remote from where things are. Am I flunking map reading or are we going to be some distance from everywhere we want to be? Most ships seems to dock at the pier in town.

Try http://www.cruisecal.com/dnn/default.aspx for your date and see what other ships are in port. It probably will be the standard weekly ones. :( And while Crown Bay may be a little out of the way, it is still better than tendering. :)

It is a bit out of the way, but really not too bad. When you factor in that you may not be dealing with the same congestion that the main dock seems to always have, it shouldnt' really cause you too much of a time issue.

As you walk off the ship you can walk to the security gate where there will be taxis waiting for you. It is to far to walk to downtown.

Now if you are on an excursion they will also be at the gate.
