Majestic Deck 8 forward question

This may have been discussed before but i have not found the specific info I'm interested in, esp given the newness of the Majestic. Considering forward cabin (204 or 207) on Deck 8, just over the stage of the theater on 7.  Two questions: 1. Is it likely I will hear sounds or noise from the theater productions below me, and 2. Are there issues with balconies from cabins directly above deck 8 and whichever cabin I choose (204 or 207)? I've had cigarette butts and chicken bones dumped on my balconies on previous cruises.

Yeah, but never heard what was done. Problem was how to determine from which balcony the droppings came, as there were several decks immediately above me and they could also have come from others not in direct line above mine.
