Major itinerary changes a year out?

Just received this - wonder how many times they will change it between now and then.  Anyone think there is any possibility it would change back?  Nothing against Norway (been there and it was beautiful) but I wanted to visit Ireland!  Since my deposit is just CNs, I guess I'll keep it on the books until final payment or something more enticing comes up.

currently Ireland has restricted the amount of cruise ships it will let dock. I don't know when it will be revised. I am guessing this is why.

I have a Feb PC cruise one of the ports is Costa Rica and they are not allowing any large ships. I expect my itinerary to chance if restrictions aren't loosened.
