lol, I own a home in DuPont...living in Europe now.  Do a search on You Tube for "Billy and the Kids Red Rocks"  Its Kreutzmann's band....July 2021..smoking.  Billy Strings sitting in and he is really something to listen to (especially since he mostly is an acoustic player).  Worth listening/watching.

Nice! We have a similar plan in a few years. Was hoping to find a way to rent the oly house to military members when we do. I'll check out the YouTube.
