TheSecondSister Posted July 7, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 7, 2021 For anyone interested, Royal Caribbean's Serenade of the Seas is schedule to leave Pier 91 in Seattle on a "test" cruise to Alaska. The Elliott Bay Marina webcam currently shows her docked. It's not the best angle, but it's the only webcam that shows Pier 91. I've no idea what time she sails, but here's the webcam link: http://www.elliottbaymarina.co/live/ 1
Rare Ferry_Watcher Posted July 8, 2021 #2 Share Posted July 8, 2021 The Serenade OTS left Pier 91 around 5 PM July 7th on its simulation cruise. FYI - even on a simulation cruise passengers needed their actual vaccine card and WHTI level documents to board the ship (passport, birth certificate w/photo ID, etc). cruisegus Posted July 8, 2021 #3 Share Posted July 8, 2021 I'm kind of surprised to hear of Simulated Cruises, i was under the impression when they released them they were 89/95 vax cruises, since they advertised vaccination required.

The Serenade OTS (July 7) simulation cruise included CDC personnel, US Public Health Service officers, medical/public health representatives/consultants as well as RCI management & executives. This was a 'working' cruise. The shore staff and ship crew was/would be evaluated. Public health safety is the #1 priority for Seattle and the ships sailing to Alaska from Pier 66 & 91.
