Toddler Exemptions

Has anyone been denied or granted exemptions for toddlers?  I heard they were not allowing tots.  Thanks

They are allowing some children and you have to fill out an exemption application if you cruise in July or August.  We do not know the new protocols for cruises after that yet.

There's several toddlers and at least on adorable baby girl on the Horizon on the 7/10 sailing.
