Able to do external excursions in Mediterranean for Vaccinated?

Hi all.  I am very close to picking an MSC cruise for the Mediterranean, but have they relaxed their policies for going on excursions if you're vaccinated?  Would I be able to find an independent tour operator for certain ports? Thanks!

I‘m desperate seeking the option to do excursions on my own as this us what i did 98% during all my cruises. But I guess the simple answer is no, not possible to leave the bubble.

Whether you are vaccinated doesn‘t matter.

 

I hope this will change until Sept. , but I have no high hopes.

Actually everybody should book other cruiselines which follow the vac people only, but unfortunately I like MSC style very much. I guess I have to take the bitter pill.
