Spa couples villa?

I keep seeing a couples villa spa room at the loris spa being mentioned on advertisements on royal class ships. You can book it fir a couples massage and it supposedly has a bathtub & sauna? 
has anyone ever booked this? I can’t see it as add on or able to book onMajestic princess.
