13cheermom Posted July 28, 2021 #1 Share Posted July 28, 2021 Just tried to check on my Ez-Air for this cruise yesterday and noticed airfare was removed 😱. After a long wait today finally talked to airfare department and was told this cruise is changing to another ship and everything has to be moved over. You would think they have had enough changes over the last year without creating more work for them of their own doing. 🤣 Haven't even received the change email yet since it was just done yesterday. Hopefully everything will get shifted over to the different ship smoothly as well as airfare. Strange thing is that there were two emails at the same time, both showing sailing as Crown, with two different booking numbers and one with our correct cabin number and the other with no cabin number. Perhaps the one with no cabin assignment and a different booking number is supposed to be the Emerald but they just forgot to change the ship name. It certainly confuses things for us. Cornteen Posted July 28, 2021 #6 Share Posted July 28, 2021 Got my notification today for Panama Canal on 16 November, it just reads "due to deployment changes", whatever that means.
