Itinerary changed...when does excursions show up?

Our itinerary changed a few days ago and the excursions are still not showing up.  Does it normally take some times for them to switch it over?  Changed from Grank Turk and Princess Cay to Bimini and Half Moon Cay for a September sailing.  TIA.

For our September 12 Horizon sailing, the excursions dribbled out over time. Currently, we have 44 showing for Amber Cove, 2 for Bimini, and none for Half Moon Cay.
