Summit didn't have any time to make it back to Florida with a 14 day wait before its first Florida based cruise, so the first 14 days of Summit cruises went down the drain. Connie has 2-1/2 months to get from Cadiz to Tampa in time to meet the deadline. Don't think that will be an issue! The rule is pretty simple. Ships sailing outside of US waters do not report their health data to the US. They are not subject to US inspections. Once a ship enters US waters to cruise from US ports the CDC wants 14 days of data before it will allow passengers on board.
